Tara’s newly launched Black Garlic + Ceramides collection uses innovative, naturally derived ingredients to support hair repair and strength, with formulas that address damage and dehydration caused by heat styling, chemical treatments, and environmental exposure.
The three debut products in the line are Invigorating Shampoo, Repairing Hair Mask, and Strengthening Scalp Serum.
Black garlic extract, produced through a controlled fermentation process, offers a concentrated source of stable antioxidants to counter oxidative stress that weakens the hair fiber over time. Black garlic is also associated with improved scalp microcirculation, and has mild antimicrobial properties that help maintain scalp balance.
Ceramide NP focuses on restoring the hair’s structural integrity. Naturally present in the cuticle, ceramides function as a binding agent that keeps cuticle layers aligned and limits moisture loss.
Daily stressors such as heat, chemical treatments, and UV exposure gradually deplete these lipids, increasing porosity and fragility. Replenishing ceramides helps smooth the cuticle, improve moisture retention, and enhance manageability.
Supporting ingredients include vitamin E for added antioxidant protection, olive oil for softness and flexibility, and shea butter to replenish lost lipids and reduce breakage.
