Goddess Maintenance Co.'s Biotech Blowout has officially spawned a new line, with the launch of a shampoo and conditioner using the proprietary BioProtection technology that powers its cult-favorite hair mask.
Biotech Blowout Restorative Shampoo and Conditioner mark the company’s first releases since it secured multimillion-dollar funding in the fall of 2025, in part to accelerate product development. Both are available in consumer and in backbar sizes through CosmoProf.
Rather than treating cleansing as a passive first step, the brand positions the wash routine as an active treatment phase.
Founded in April 2025, Goddess Maintenance established the “BioProtection” hair-care category with its viral hit BioTech Blowout mask. At the core of the platform is the proprietary Goddess molecule, developed in partnership with biomaterials company Bolt using its vegan b-silk polypeptide.
The molecule mimics the amino acid structure of spider silk, forming a scaffold-like layer around hair to support repair, manageability, and style longevity.
The shampoo and conditioner use BioProtection technology to help protect hair structure, especially during the delicate washing phase; reinforce strength, and maintain integrity without silicones, heavy coatings, or buildup.
Their dual-peptide formulas also support color longevity and scalp health, the brand says.
