Chicago-based Tricoci has opened a centralized education hub aimed at training and upskilling more than 1,000 beauty professionals annually, part of a broader push to elevate technical standards and support growth.
The Tricoci Education Center + Artistry Studio, located within the brand’s Bloomingdale, IL Salon & Spa, will be the training site for licensed cosmetologists and esthetitcians.
Programming includes onboarding, continuing education, and leadership development across the salon, spa, and education brand's 13 Chicagoland locations.
Designed as an immersive learning environment, the center allows licensed beauty and wellness professionals to refine techniques, standardize service protocols and gain real-time client experience within an operating luxury salon.
The shift marks a move away from the company’s previous decentralized training model, which spanned multiple locations and limited consistency.
The center is offering “master’s-level” curriculum focused on advanced technical skills, brand standards, and guest experience. Select courses will be delivered in partnership with industry brands.
Tricoci is also rolling out a new corporate headquarters in nearby Schaumburg, IL to support collaboration, leadership development and innovation, which the brand identifies as key pillars of its people-first growth strategy.
